Craftwell began as a loose leaf products company targeting small to medium sized businesses. We have evolved into a single source provider of promotional products, CD/DVD replication, duplication and packaging.  In 2003 we launched our digital marketing  network in partnership with MXN Octane software. You name it and we can find it and logo it because we promote you. Over the years we have learned many tricks of the trade that can set our customers apart from their competition. Through tools, technology, intuition and creative flair we have become an industry leader not only in our neighbourhood but nationwide. My how we have grown!

Probably the single most important trick we have learned from our years of experience is communication. The Craftwell’ staff is adept at pinpointing what the customer wants, be it a flashy, hip branded item, or a conventional, time-proven winner. Identifying a client's persona by listening and then researching for the precise product is a strength our consultants all share.

Our team of seasoned veterans then take the promotional products ball and run with it, keeping you informed every step of the way. Once the order has been placed, processors watch the shipping cycle to ensure on time delivery and verify the product specifications match the item received.
